Currently, Greenguard offers machines operating on various fuels such as wood, biomass, diesel, LPG, and electricity.

For dryer machines with a capacity of up to 500 kg (33 meters), a bed area of ten feet in length, width, and height is sufficient (all values for reference purposes).

Machines operating on fuels like wood, diesel, and LPG also require electricity. It is mainly used for two purposes:

1) Greenguard dryers come with an automatic temperature & fuel control system. Electricity is needed for the control panel and for operating the hot air blower.

The drying time depends on various factors such as the product being dried, its quantity, size, ambient temperature, and the quality of the fuel.

This is the technology used in Greenguard dryer machines to ensure the product being dried receives the correct temperature and to prevent excess fuel wastage.

Various components of the dryer machine use materials like GI, MS, SS, and Cast iron. Customized dryers are available as per the consumer's requirements.

All Greenguard dryers are fuel-efficient with recirculation technology, thus requiring very minimal fuel. The amount of fuel depends on ambient temperature, quality of the fuel, etc. Below is the average fuel requirement for operating a 500 kg capacity machine.

Greenguard dryers are designed to dry one product at a time. However, products with the same drying size and flavor that do not mix can be dried together. Drying products with different drying sizes and flavors together can affect the quality of the product.

Except for small capacity electric dryers, other Greenguard dryers do not require trays. Products can be dried in a single batch. The dryers operate with advanced hot air technology.

Greenguard dryers, operating with advanced hot exchange technology, ensure that smoke and other dust particles do not enter the product, preserving its natural colour and quality.

No. After breaking the coconut into two and draining the water, it can be placed in the dryer. The coconut will dry into copra within 24-28 hours. In the first 10-12 hours, the coconut will be dry enough to be scraped out. After scraping, it can continue to dry in the dryer.

Single-phase electricity is sufficient for operating dryers with a capacity of up to 500 kg / 2000-2500 coconuts. For dryers with a higher capacity, three-phase electricity is required.

Yes. According to the Kerala State Electricity Board's regulations, electricity connections for commercial purposes must be commercial.

Yes. Greenguard dryers are approved by the Department of Industries, Spices Board of India, KVIC, and ICAR. For more information on obtaining subsidies and schemes, please contact the aforementioned offices. The Department of Industries (KVIC) offers a subsidy of 25-35%.
